Terms of use

Merci Blacklist is operated by Merciglobal Systems Pvt Ltd. By registering you agree to the following.

1. You record a party only when the entry is true to your knowledge and you hold records that support it. You make this declaration again every time you save or upload entries.
2. Entries are reported by subscribers and are not independently verified by Merci. Merci does not make any allegation about any party.
3. Your active entries are matched for Professional subscribers. They see only that a match exists and summary facts (category, basis, number of reporters, months). They never see who reported it, your remarks or amounts.
4. A listed party may dispute an entry. Merci may mark an entry disputed or remove it.
5. You may not harvest, resell or publish results, or use the service to harass anyone.
6. Paid plans are yearly, paid once through Cashfree, with no auto-debit. Refunds are handled by Merci support.
