Privacy policy

We collect your name, company, e-mail, mobile and optional GSTIN to run your account and invoice you, and the party details you record (name, GSTIN, PAN, mobile, e-mail, city, state, category, reason, amount, dates).

Party data is never publicly listed or indexed. It is shown in full only to the subscriber who recorded it, and in summary form to Professional subscribers who check the same party. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and API keys only as hashes.

Records are kept for 7 years or until a valid deletion request. Grievance contact: support@merciglobal.com.
