Merci Cloud ERP checks every party against the blacklist as your team works. When a blacklisted or caution party is saved, the project's admins are told at once — on e-mail and on Telegram — so a risky deal is stopped before goods leave the godown.

- Every entry carries its basis and the uploader's declaration that it is true and supported by records.
- Every result carries the disclaimer that entries are subscriber-reported and not verified by Merci.
- Name-only matches are always shown as "possible", never as confirmed.
- Party data is never publicly listed, browsable or indexed. Bulk harvesting is rate-limited and watched.
Listed and believe it is wrong?
Any listed party can raise a dispute. A person reviews it, the entry is marked disputed meanwhile, and it is removed if it is not supported.
